TIME-SPACE-FRACTIONAL MODELS OF ANOMALOUS DIFFUSION Physical basis, approximate solutions and analysis for application in material science

Jordan Hristov is professor in Department of Chemical Engineering Universit y of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy (UCTM) 1756 Sofia, 8 Kl. Ohridsky Bl vd., Bulgaria, He was graduated in 1979 as Electrical Engineer (MS equivalent) at the Technical University, Sofia, Bulgaria. His PhD thesis on the magnetically assisted fluidization was awarded by the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in 1995. A/Prof. Hristov’s research interests cover the areas of magnetic field effects of mechanics of particulate solids, fluidisation, heat and mass transfer with special emp hasis on non-linear diffusion models and approximate analytical solutions. Specific heat transfer topics, especially non-linear heat conduction and fractional diffusion models are in the field of his contemporary research interest.
